Born from a truly organic collaboration, this project in North Bay Village (Miami – USA) embodies the competence and synergy of architects @arqfernandobraga and @marcelomaia.arquitetura ✨ The residence is a reflection of this synergy, merging different signatures into a unique and impeccable architectural identity. With sophistication and fluidity, the project seamlessly integrates the interior and exterior through organic lines and large glass openings. On the facade, the purity of light tones meets the welcoming texture of slatted wood panels, forming a composition embraced by the lush tropical landscaping. All of this visual and sensory experience culminates on the rooftop, where the spectacular swimming pool establishes itself as an exclusive retreat dedicated to leisure and well-being. Neoclassical style and refined materiality define this residence at Condomínio Village Matarazzo. ✨ The design embodies the grandeur of the Neoclassical aesthetic, emphasized by the double-height ceilings and the moldings that create rhythm across the façade. The Shingle roofing crowns the composition with sophistication, providing a superior finish that enhances the rooflines. In the outdoor living area, the atmosphere shifts: formal rigidity gives way to relaxation, with water taking center stage through a sculptural waterfall.
